EXACTLY !!! If dogs would have their own gated communities no riffraff could get in to spoil the homogeneous nature of the community. But then some big-wig know-it-all do-gooder in the D.C. suburbs would come up with some sort of integration plan: " We must integrate the primates with the canines! So as to show no unwarranted favoritism to any one species! Fairness to all !!!" And so it began. In the name of cultural enrichment. The primates and canines were mixed together.
