Apparently during the Rubby Perez concert (a well-known singer in the Antilles) a piece of false ceiling fell on a table and some people started to leave but no one evacuated the room and they continued the concert.

The first video is the concert before, the second is the moment the roof collapse. Same thing in the last, but in another angle you really see the roof falling and even see a little piece falling before the full roof...

I found on a site that Jet Set ( the name of the club ) is a "must go and a institution since more than 50 years"
I don't know if the building was old like this but seems that the roof was in a terrible avanced bad state, some serious structural problems

the massive puddle of blood underneath the rubble there is absolutely insane, it looks like it spans most of the bottom-most level. 124 death toll as the most recent count, & the amount of blood there really drives it home. can't imagine the clean-up
