It's like that Autistic nerd teenager in Australia who was collecting scientific rocks and ordered one from a science website that had depleted uranium in it LOL , the Federal police locked down his entire street and raided the house and took him in... all cos of a nerdy sample rock the size of a vitamin pill that probably wasn't genuine anyway

He also had aconite (poisonous buttercup). My mum & I too used to grow both caster beans & buttercups. I never asked my mum if she knew what those were also used for but, she probably did because one time a bunch of the caster bean plants were missing & there were no animal tracks. Creepy people. I hoped whoever did it got that shit on their mucous membranes if they did it to make ricin. Fucking thieving turds.

I'm in the horticulture game, and have grown both of these plants too.
Incredibly toxic in the tiniest amounts. Castor plant is a roadside weed in many places.

Yes, they do & yes, it definitely doesn't take much if it is purified into it's warfare agent form but, it can also be used in certain targeted snimal cancer treatments too did you know?
We got our plants that time from a country roadside, they were wild. But stealing our plants is not cool. Go forage for your own shit & risk wild animal bites, snakes, lyme disease, mosquitos your own self.
Law enforcement (my brothers) asked and looked into who would take our castor bean plants that time, they knew what they were for most likely or could be.
My mum grew some again but we put a wire cage around them. It's a pain in the ass.

I remember the story of Georgi Markov who was killed from a pellet of ricin, shot via an umbrella in London & that was around the time someone stole our some of caster bean plants like they read that story and had some dingaling idea. 🙄
