Serious Info re Inquest into Titan Submersible Disaster

When you read how Rush ran the show it was a disaster waiting to happen from the very begining.

Any one who said there were safety issues that had to be fixed was fired.

Lots of issues. No investigations and fixing the issues though. A brief list includes:

• Sub malfunction to 45 degree angle on ascent, 'aquanauts' thrown into a heap.
• Visit to one ship with Rush too amaturish to control the sub, a woman screaming to him to give the controller to someone else led to Rush flinging it at another staff member. Very calming I'm sure.
• Loud cracks heared when at depth, repeatedly. 'Nothing to see here' says Rush.
• Rush, when told Congress may investigate why the sub had not been peer reviewed, states 'he'll buy a congressman to make it all go away'.
