What gets me is these ingrates never think the whole process through. The whole "whitey stole me from my land and enslaved me" is not how it happened. Their African ancestry sold them into slavery. In order for the lawsuit to be equal on all accounts, the sheboon would have to start with suing the Africans who sold her ancestors. The first slave ship brought African slaves to the colonies in 1619 by Spanish traders on an English owned ship. The US didn't become a country until 1776. Slavery ended in the US in 1865. That is 157 years of Spanish and English enslavement versus 89 years of US enslavement. So, she would have to figure out who brought her ancestors here and who bought her ancestors as well as the African tribes who sold them. She would have to have evidence of who on that list sold and owned her ancestors to make this case a possibility. Looking on her ability to articulate herself on that video, I don't see it happening.
