Good answer. There are people who do get triggered seeing babies, even just in images, especially as a comorbidity to postpartum depression &/or anxiety, even PTSD in the postpartum period. It's not a phobia & unrelated to someone who has pedophobia, I don't think, as it's not an irrational fear, just a trigger. As for adding a warning that is not mandatory, better safe than sorry. It didn't hurt anyone.
