Police I Bet That's A Black Driver

Are tinted windows like these allowed ?

They are supposed to legislate vehicle tint to be just as dark as shades on homes so as to not allow seeing into any private vehicles, just as law enforcement does, but that's been pending for decades now, and I'm referring to mirror tint allowing for zero vision inside of a private vehicle at any time of day or night. If they were serious about vehicles being as sacrosanct as homes, as they are with Stand Your Ground laws, then this should have happened ages ago. If we went by those laws and precedents, then it would be next to impossible to see inside private vehicles, with only commercial vehicles and shippers having zero to 35% tint. After all, zero vision tint saves on interior damage from the sun and fuel consumption in terms of keeping it cooler inside.
