Fairfax, Virginia - Soon after, officers arrested Andres Caceres Jaldin, 26, at a nearby hotel, charging him with Abduction of a Minor. In the process, officers also discovered Caceres Jaldin allegedly stole a car earlier in the day of the abduction, so they also charged him with Grand Larceny Auto Theft.

Nightmare fuel for a parent, keep your eye on em.
