that's great...i complimented your tits and nipples, and was a bit worried...I was born with XX chromosomes... I'm also a mother 😂
Way ahead of you sis 😉👌Extra Vitamin B6 (seems to alleviate symptoms)
(BTW, I not male.)
Don't worry. I breastfed with them udders 😏that's great...i complimented your tits and nipples, and was a bit worried...
That's not very good. The form of the vitamin matters. It has B12 (one of the most important b vitamins) as cyanocobalamin, which is cheap and trash. Most of it doesn't absorb. The better, more bioavailable form is methylcobalamin.Way ahead of you sis 😉👌

I'm confident that I get enough vitamin B from food.. I eat a lot of beef. I take the pills just incase. That's not very good. The form of the vitamin matters. You should buy Now Foods, they have an excellent range with top quality and competitive pricing.
Yes. It is available.I'm confident that I get enough vitamin B from food.. I eat a lot of beef. I take the pills just incase.
Is Now Foods available in UK?
I've been telling myself to go back to mostly consuming bird meat recently. I used to eat a lot of chicken as well as switching the meat where I can eg minced turkey in bolognese instead of beef. The difference in my health and waist line was palpable to say the least.Yes. It is available.
Also, although beef is indeed a very good source of b12 and b6, you shouldn't consume too much of it. Especially on a daily basis. Beef is high in saturated fat (not good). Better try bird meat (almost no fat, more protein). It doesn't mean you shouldn't eat beef, just do so in moderation.
The cooking style matters too. If you're always grilling your beef or some form of high-heat cooking with oil/fat substrates, it's NOT good. Better use methods where you don't mix oil/fat with a lot of heat, especially direct heat to the meat tissue.
High-heat cooking can produce carcinogenic (cancer-causing) aromatic hydrocarbons (chemical compounds). It's actually because of the reaction between the iron (acts more like a catalyst, even if in alloy) of the grill and the fat/oil (added on, or in the meat itself). Why does direct high heat have a bad effect? I always use high heat because Gordon Ramsey said colour is flavour 👀😂
Jesus... that all sounds pretty concerning. I'm going back to bird meat most days.High-heat cooking can produce carcinogenic (cancer-causing) aromatic hydrocarbons (chemical compounds). But that's part of the concern, beef is just...bad IFF eaten daily and in not-so-moderate amounts. Red meat doesn't have a squeaky clean reputation. It's been linked to cardiovascular disease (true especially for processed meats), colon cancer, and other bad stuff.
The idea is to not overeat it. A moderate amount won't hurt, especially home-cooked meat.
Yes, that's definitely not good everyday. You can even do it weekly and you'll be fine. What matters most is how the meat is prepared. You can look up better and safer cooking methods on YouTube.Jesus... that all sounds pretty concerning. I'm going back to bird meat most days.
I went through a phase of eating steak on high heat every day 👀 I'm glad that's done after reading your comment. You can see how dark the outside of the meat is.. I was frying it on the highest heat. I'll make it a monthly thing from now on 😅

Do you hate vegans?Additionally, the ecological footprint of beef consumption is staggering compared to plant based consumption. The amount of acreage and water needed, the waste pollution, the literal acres of grazing required… all towers over a comparable protein based vegetable diet. None of which stops me from eating it, bc beef is amazing and tastes so good. Idc what it does to the planet.

I love eggs 🥚 I eat a lot of them. More eggs and chicken.. less beef. I get enough beef on GG as it is. I'll add Now Foods to the mix too. My point is, beef is not irreplaceable, and it's definitely not the best source of many things. Eggs are superb for protein (easily the highest quality protein you can get naturally). Bird meat is definitely better too. And if you're already the sort of person who takes supplements, beef doesn’t have a strong reason to stay. A good supplement (like Now Foods) will cover almost all of your vitamin needs.
