Idk about wherever this is happening but where I'm from people can park anywhere along any public road not labeled a fire zone, loading zone, snow plow area or bus zone. This does mean in front of your house for up to 96hrs at a time.

Once a guy put a cone to protect his spot, but i simply threw it onto the sidewalk in front of his house...i also took pics of my car before i walked away, in case he fucked with it.

Same, my mate had a neighbour like that, it stopped after I shoved plastic bags with rotten fish guts inside the cone. The old cunt picked up the cone and all this smelly shit fell all over him. Never seen the cone after that.
