CHINA – AUGUST 11, 2025 Fatal accident occurred at a coal processing factory, claiming the life of one worker. A bulldozer operator failed to notice him and buried him under coal. Although a supervisor saw the incident live on a security camera, before he could intervene, the worker’s body passed through the coal processing machinery, and he died.
