Surely there’s a difference between a law that prevents guns ending up in a hand and a law that prevents a gun from being possessed or used in a space. Like cigarettes. Sure a no smoking law isn’t going to stop a dude from lighting up if he’s intent on it but that doesn’t mean you can’t tax the shit out of cigarettes or set restrictions on who buys them (shit that we do now, btw)

Took a break from the web and come back to some crazy stuff. I wonder if we'll get autopsy photos? I'd be very curious to see the internal damage to his neck/spine. People are saying because of the pose he went into as he was shot, his spinal cord was likely severed, or possibly his brainstem was destroyed? Either way, I'm wondering about that. I know nobody can know for sure without the autopsy done, but do we have any docs in the thread who can give some insight?

Retired doctor here. First up, RIP Charlie and deepest sympathies to his young wife & kids. The initial thing I notice is the cavitation effect (shock wave) and simultaneously his arms both flex violently which suggest a massive neurological injury. Even if the round missed a direct hit on his cervical spine, the cavity created would cause unsurvivable damage to his spinal column, vertebral & carotid arteries (pharyngoesophageal injury). The massive & immediate blood loss is visible to everyone. Anything I missed @ZeroK ?
