No, that shot was definitely planned. That wasn’t a luck shot. A 4” target at 200yrds isn’t shit when yore bench resting with a bolt action rifle if you shoot enough. If aim was for the head? 200yrds it’d have dropped to the nose or 1”. No more. What was he doing? Aiming for the mouth? That shot was aimed and hit at the neck. I’m surprised they didn’t hit him in the heart. But neck and heart and guaranteed death. The head? Well he could survive it it wasn’t direct middle of head hit and off to the side.
