today's large surface naval vessels are yesterday's battleships. I still remember reading in the Falkland Islands conflict about how a missile fired from a Royal Navy ship destroyed an Argentine naval vessel sight unseen for both. A submarine navy should be a priority now.

Imagine a drone aircraft carrier that can carry hundreds of drones that can surface, release the drones then submerge and leave sight unseen. its already in use by the USA. This combines with the strike group carrier should be the things dictators have nightmares over.
