I was referring to what I saw in the video and based my response entirely on my own personal experiences with trees. I thought "What the Hell, dude? That looks like giant trampling a shrub."

I have lived around trees my entire life. Even when I was a little kid I couldn't climb a tree smaller than myself. It just can't be done. Not even a squirrel can do it. It is just not physically possible. You would just bend it over if you tried.

Growing up in an arbor rich suburb we had a saying for knowing when a tree is safe to climb... "Thick as your thigh, safe to climb. Thin as your thumb, don't even try. You will only look dumb and get sap on your shoes." Oh, and if you got sap on your good shoes your mother would tear you a new asshole.

Well, I'm from the backwoods myself and we had this big tree in our yard
that was shaped like a Wishbone. (the first branch crotch was about 8 feet high)

As a kid, whenever Mom couldn't find me and came looking ... up that tree,
is where I would be. God, what a simple joy, take a sandwich with me

eh not really imo, gunshots are loud, and your fat isnt really doing shit to muffle that, i mean for people like in the house, sure they probably wouldnt really hear it, or wouldnt think it a shot, but anyone near, including the person recording, wouldve 100% heard it, also wouldve seen it (by going frame by frame) as he was looking right at them with the camera, and most guns have some sort of muzzle blast.

so its possible i guess if he just somehow wasnt spotted by anyone and the camera, and somehow it was muffled completely (or almost completely)

but even so, shooting that guy twice should be legal, i mean ffs the cops themselves wouldve shot that dude 50 fucking times if it was their partner being rushed like that, i mean the guy wouldve been dead before they got off that porch, or at the very least at the car when his friend stumbled, ive seen at least 15 videos of cops gunning unarmed people down for attacking them like that (rightfully so imo, and in the courts opinion since they werent charged)

i just dont get why we as citizens have to basically let someone kill us before we can shoot them.
