Piggy roast thingy 👀👀 No idea what it is called in english. 3 hours in the oven. Meat will be juicy and tender. Skin will be super crispy and salt. Will be served with loads of brown sauce, white potatoes, red pickled cabbage, chips and caramelised small potatoes.
