I used to work at Royal Darwin Hospital, in Darwin in the middle of nowhere. Big aboriginal population. I mean, English as a third language thing. We'd get kids in who were crippled like that. Their hospital designed wheel chairs would be trashed by being used by the other kids as a toy and they'd be sexually abused by everyone basically.
On the kids ward once we had a nurse walk into a 15 year old girls room (she was intellectually and physically disabled) to find her adult brothers fucking her.
Unsure if this happens in Islamic or Indian communities but human nature being what it is...
