This looks like it could be in the US. If it is, the shooter wouldn’t face charges for shooting/killing the intruder I don’t think, especially if it’s a Stand Your Ground state. He’d only be facing charges if he was on parole or probation and was prohibited from having and being around firearms.

thats how the lasw here in the u.s. work. for the criminals. thats why you dont hear or see politicians getting locked up!
perfect example of criminals getting away with crimes.

BUT I can't help having some sense of paranoia considering how bad crime has gotten here (I'm south of Melbourne where there's been an increase in "Machete gangs" (in other words .. groups of immigrant teenagers from third world shit holes like Sudan) - I occasionally have weird thoughts of if I ever had those cunts try and steal my car or something, what would I actually do? I'm not really a fighter but I also know I'm prone to go nuts in the heat of a moment and I wouldn't think twice about bashing one of those fuckers in the head with it , given the chance.
