Georgia State Patrol tells Local 3 they obtained arrest warrants on Thursday, January 15 for the driver who caused a major crash on Dietz Road and Battlefield Parkway.

The 83-year-old woman, whose identity has not been released, is charged with the following:

• Serious injury by vehicle
• Reckless driving
• Speeding 95 mph in a 35 mph zone
• Following too closely

GSP says there is no update on the conditions of the two people that remain hospitalized.
