You mean like Israel has been doing to Palestine? Yes, some Muslim groups like the shia Iraninas do that. But again, what some Muslims do is one thing and what Islam really is about is something else. When it comes to killing, Islam is actually almost identical to the US constitution which basically says that when someone is trying to kill you or your family you have the right to defend yourself. “Defensive killing” if you want to call it, anything else is some idiot/evil intent Muslim that has deviated from the true teachings of Islam.
