Redneck guillotine. 1/4” braded wire cable is best. Cheap, almost invisible, doesn’t break, leaves no evidence, Rolls up into a neat little coil and after a few minutes in a solvent tank and it’s clean and shiny again.

I’ll have to look that up regarding kidneys, but with Liver problems alcohol must be completely stopped - with Cirrhosis it’s said if it’s caught before the Liver starts failing it will heal if you stop the booze, otherwise a transplant is needed but cant continue to drink as they won’t make the transplant list - but it’s unethical to give a Liver to a patient who is still in self-distruct mode with booze, and won’t commit…
