i remember i'd stand outside a shop and ask a guy if he'd buy beer for me (my money ofc too young).

Sometimes it took a while, but it always worked eventually. Less so now because penalties for doing that are much sterner.

It may be fake, but I can assure that it IS possible to get this drunk and wander around. Although I haven't done it in many years, I've been this trashed, and even worse. Mixing alcohol and Red Bull will do it, and so can alcohol and coke/meth. The stimulants prevent you from passing out when you normally would. Good times.
