Took my kids to see this a few months back. All I can say is, I'm glad they liked it, gave me a chuckle seeing them enjoy it!
Saw The Hobbitssesss last night with sister in law I did my precioussss. Better than expected, full of action, the story rolled along nicely but, at nearly 3 hours, was still a bum numb-er!

What are you talking about? The Hobbit was utter shit, I wouldn't recommend anyone seeing it. "Oh wur gonnabe moar tr00 2 da book". They were about as true to the book, as Bill was to Hilary. It was complete and utter crap.
A lot of the stuff that was added was mentioned more in the appendices of the book. When I got home, I checked my illustrated Hobbit and sorry to say, he was more true to it than you give credit. I actually liked it more than any of the LOtR movies!

There was once chance for the movie to redeem itself. There was a certain song I was looking forward to, and they cut it out(then again the music they kept was terribly performed).
