Lol, that seems to happen all the time like there's some sort of delayed vocal reaction that happens when cops shoot a perpetrator. Their mouth catches up eventually but they're always yelling, "Get on the ground!" when they're already shot dead & on the ground. 🤷🏼‍♀️
