45-year-old nurse, Diana Sanders, is getting the large sum of money after she blacked out and fell. Sanders blames the bartenders for serving her too much alcohol.

The woman drank 14 shots but says her getting drunk and falling over is Carnival's fault. She sued the cruise liner, claiming they negligently over-served her during an 8-hour period, and was awarded $300,000.
