LOL. The percentage accuracy is over time. Let's say he counts 10 times. He does 7 of them correctly (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) and 3 wrong (for example 1, 4, 2, 5, 5).

Been swimming since I was about four yrs old - he’s having muscle fatigue which is deadly, what one has to do is get control over the fear, put your head back, and bring you feet and legs up arms out and you will float, somebody near you will be able to grab you easily…now in the ocean/beach never go in past your knees and don’t have your back to the waves as they will push you in the back of your knees and you’ll collapse…we had a tragic situation here in my area this week where a Special School in Philly - one that MY Own Brother went to (it was terrible back then), took vulnerable kids to the Wildwood beach, they were NOT supervised and there were NO Lifegaurds on duty and signs were posted, kids went into the water had to be rescued and one poor 14 year old was swept away and they just found his body…
