I get recommended 4 dozen books a day but still am at a loss on what to read.
I have no trigger/avoids. I recently read my sweet Vanessa and loved...well appreciated the mental war written.

My recent books I finished that I enjoyed are

Demon copperhead
Brother
Fang
A man called ove
Suffer the children
Me earl and the dying girl
A little life
White oleander
Out of darkness
Saving Noah

I switched to audio books. I usually go for memoirs or anything history related. My favorite book of all time is the Forgotten Soldier.

The werewolf and dragons trope. Why choose and Omega verse. You do not need a brain to read these, just a sense of humour and nothing better to do.

We absolutely howl with laughter over who can find the most ridiculous book with the cheesiest scenario.
