Kids being kids will cause a lot of things. My dumbass cousin used to hang off of their balcony at their condo. We were 6 stories up and he’d crawl over the railing and say “ooohhh watch this”. I always turned and walked in

Back in the early 90s, my friends and I hung out at the old Santa Monica pier, where the merry-go-round was the main attraction (imagine that lol)

We used to sell Gooney Birds ( lsd) to buy pot and we'd dose and walk up the bridge railing connecting the city and over hwy 1. A couple hundred yards, at worst your about 100' over the highway. 6" rail. Tripping balls. Fucking lived.
