My neighbor wants to buy my house. Glad I won't have to get a realtor, list it and all that crap.
He even said I don't have to have it cleaned or have any repairs done.
He is pre-qualified, too.
I spoke to the title company today, and looks like everything is a go so far.

Happy about this.

Buyer's earnest money has been deposited in escrow. Yay!

I can't get any time off of work to move the rest of my stuff out, though!
