On ArmA 3 they made very good maps and mods only with a demo the developer released. But Bohemia is very modder friendly anyway, since their first simulation 2001, almost all editors and tools belong to the releases.
I'm currently farming typewriters and deskfans to scrap for parts and build myself a suppressed sniper rifle in Fallout 4

I'm playing Stalker Shadow of Chernobyl installed with Complete Mod 2009. The game is very atmospheric and can have some scary moments when you go underground and encounter the crazy mutants, the gunplay can be a little bit obnoxious at times but it's a life saver that they have different fire rates for some guns so using bursts is an essential with dealing with enemies at long or medium distances. I started playing it because all my friends were playing Fallout 4 and after hearing all the negative opinions on it, I decided to install this game for the time being, I could go and pirate it but nah.

Grognak loin cloth and Swans power fist works wonders though, I punch death claws out.
sometimes building things is rough like at The Castle I can't attach the antenna thingy for some reason, I mean I have live power going to it but it just wont flip on. pain in the ass
but after all that it's still a great game I play it whenever I have free time

In Insurgency, the Insurgent team uses WW2 and 1950s era weapons, one of the is the STEN GUN. I managed to reach the number 1 spot thanks to this little guy. I had it equipped with the silencer and AP bullets and I was able to get like 3 kills for every time I got killed. The game uses the Source engine and at times, the game can look really beautiful.

I've been playing it on the vita as well while the wife watches something stupid. The vita interface is really good

I bought it some days ago as well. But I'm afraid, you have to fight against the nazis again, like in the other parts.
For real. Some company should grow some balls and have Nazi protagonists
The first parts of 'Brothers in Arms' had a skirmish mode (agains bots) where you could play as German soldier. But this part of the game, a tactic shooter, wasn't well done.
In some strategic games you can play the Gerries too (Company of Heroes, Stormovik IL-2...).
But mostly you have to play the heroes of the US army/marines.

Fallout has been sexy lately.
I just wanted to post about Wolfenstein The New Order, I actually want to buy it, is it worth it? From the game play videos it looks good.
Has anyone recently played Grim Fandango, but not the remastered version on steam or psn, from the original.
