I remember Tastee Freeze.
There are still a few Tastee-Freez locations, but only a few.
Oddly enough, they still have locations in Alaska ... like them folks aren't cold enough already.
But, they also did Corn Dogs and Burgers, etc.

Oh shit I didn't know they were still around. They're definitely not in Florida anymore. Thanks for letting me know.Shoney's started out as a Burger Joint, but expanded into their more famous All You Can Eat
Breakfast and Lunch Food Bars, one of the first Restaurants to offer such.
Shoney's isn't gone, but they have gone form 1,800 locations to about 60.
I liked them too.

I worked at a Burger King when I was 16 for about an hour. Some dude got mad about his food and threw it at to which I responded by jumping the counter, kicking him in the balls and then stomping his face when he hit the ground. Went to work in construction and never looked back. Customer service is not a skill I possess. As of 2026, there are approx. 50 locations, mainly in Tennessee, Georgia, and West Virginia, but
there are others.
My Grandfather owned 3 sit down and eat type restaurants, years ago (they weren't Shoney's.)
My Great Uncle owned 2 others, I used to work in one of his, while in college, because it was nearby.

so you’re in the food service industry. I wonder how many hamburgers need to be served to become rich as 40-Hells? Probably a lot. @SearCutFAL
