embarrassing. All Policemen need to carry guns and be ready to use them at a moment's notice.

In italy police carries guns (becouse of the mafia attacks in the late 60' and 90') but can't use them on immigrants becouse then immigrants would not stay and the pockets of politicians would not fill with money, don't ask me why I'm confused too (given the fact that police engages with mobsters with fire when needed)
