fuck her age now. she killed her mother. and lured her stepfather to come home. (from what ive read here). adult actions took place. so she can go fuck herself now. give her life with possibility of execution. japan style.

Maybe don't give a phone? Let 'em get a legit job and earn the money & then they get a prepaid only. It's not like there's paper routes, baby/house sitting, or pet walking jobs a plenty these days for <15 & 8 month - 16 year olds as most those jobs have gone to others.
