bizarre 3 women drown while taking selfies

The problem in this type of river is always pipes or cracks that drain or suck the water too strongly, depending on the suction force (like the mouth of a naughty sister or mother of some people), it doesn't matter if you know how to swim or not.

And then there's the problem of one drowning person desperately pulling others down as well.

My dad threw me out of the boat into the lake and held my mom down so she couldn't jump in to interfere...I drank half the lake trying to learn how to swim but only took about 30 seconds for instinct to take over

Something sucked them under without visibly disturbingthe surface, like a horizontal vortex. From AI

"An underwater horizontal vortex is a rotating, tube-like water current that travels horizontally, often created by breaking waves, strong coastal currents interacting with the seabed, or by artificial means like ROV thrusters. These, often called "tornado rips" or vortex rings, can suspend sediment, creating a visible, spinning, tunnel-shaped plume that poses risks to divers by trapping them in a localized, spinning motion."
