Damn! That building went down faster than a couple of other buildings that had some rather unsavory paper trails for Karl Rove and Donald Rumsfeld. Maybe even Dick Cheney? This one wasn't due to explosives though.

Im actually living in Thailand (Chiang Mai, north side of the country).
Even here we felt it for a good 20-30secs. Had to evacuate the condo ASAP. It kinda spooked me tbh when I started seeing my chair and table going back and forth in the room lol.
