In Dagestan, a young woman driving a Mercedes fatally struck and killed a 9-year-old boy.

The child was riding a scooter across a pedestrian crossing. The victim died in the hospital. During questioning, the Dagestani woman claimed she didn't have time to react.

His mother, upon learning of her son's death, began bawling her eyes out.
