But then... he was distracted, expecting the crash, it affected his voice

even though NYS has signs that say cyclists can use the full lane, none ever have at least with me, which makes me happy. Same law in Vermont, and in New Hampshire also, to my disappointment. Are the authorities purposely setting people up for confrontations, why are they legally entitled to use the entire lane? They don't pay road taxes, are slow, and are sometimes arrogant assholes. Road are for vehicles, do i drive in bike lanes?
