Yep it's always in china hell they feel lucky just to wake up in the morning
I never thought about it before, but I can think of 2 good reasons not to bury a pipe under and parallel to a street. 1, you have to destroy the street to repair the pipe, and 2, a leak in the pipe can wash away the soil, leading to this.
....even a caveman can do it. Yep.
