Normally I would agree this would be suspicious. But anyone who's had a delivery job will tell you, some of these places are bad with their numbering or I should say, poorly displayed. The reason I think this could be a simple mistake is that when she went to take a picture, she didnt actually take a pic. You can see the flash come on, but no shutter sound. It wasnt until she brought it back did you hear a shutter sound when she confirmed the unit number.
