I didn't where else to go and what I found here was what I needed to know, hit and run suspect still at large. It was more than I knew before
I want to thank those of you that took my plea seriously and offered up your ability to point me in the right direction for answers, it helped. I believe that with the correct personal documentation proving that you are a person related to the deceased you should contact the morgue in the capital of the state where the crime took place and ask them for information on where to look for the deceased, they must have all the dead person in the database.
