funky town is where they give a guy stimulants (meth people assume) to keep him awake and out of shock, then cut both his arms off with a garden sheer, and then remove his face, and throat fuck him with a fully extended box cutter, all while listening to 80s pop music. including the song "funky town" hence the name.

also they were doing it to the guy so long his blood congealed over the drain in the floor so his blood started to pool in the room.

there is a longer version than what most know of which shows some other horrific shit, ill try and find the full thing
