Serious Anyone on here like shooting?

I don’t hunt and never hunted in my life….I am a huge lover of animals and seeing them injured or killed tears me up…. Ow humans I am totally fine with that.
Hell yeah I never hunted either I had to put down my great Dane and they didn't give him a big enought dose of medicine so he struggled for what seemed like a life time.. I couldn't contain myself after watching and holding down my dog that was fighting to live, I can trust a animal, can't name one person I trust, people are grrimey and I'm not shitting roses 🌹 myself or better than no one

Damn, I would love to have property like that😀
just like Hickok 45

I have been shooting 3 gun and long range competitions for the past 5+ years….took home numerous championships, sponsored by a major firearm manufacturer and even have a 2 mile hit under my belt…..i have 2 safes filled with guns and a safe with just ammo….I have .50cal, .416 Chey-Tac, .338 Lapua, numerous 12ga., .308’s, 5.56’s, and handguns galore…..just can’t seem to part with any of them….I have actually been visited by the ATF 2x’s due to “unusually high purchase rate” of firearms….they thought I was a straw purchaser….ended up suing them in federal court for harassment and constitutional rights violations and won a judgment in my favor.
Never register any of your guns. Uncle Sam is too nosey for that shit.

Wth? They didn't give the dog enough medicine to kill it?? How tf dose that happen?? It's instant... I'd say it's more moral to shoot your own dog if it needed put down rather than to take it to a vets office cuz that scares um bad. But I couldn't do it. Not my own.

The ownership of firearms is what makes a person a citizen, and not a subject of the state.

I take this matter EXTREMELY seriously. If anybody tells me that they support "gun restrictions", I automatically assume that they have no problem putting me and my family and fellow citizens in concentration camps and seizing our financial assets too.

Yeah, I like to go shooting every so often. Last time was with my Brother-In-Law. We used his AR-15, a revolver, and a mini Desert Eagle. Not hardcore about shooting, but it is fun. We found an outdoor range near me and went. For about an hour, it was just us out there, so we could have a little fun on the range.

I had several air rifles and pistols in my teens, I'd shoot targets and anything that broke or smashed in the back yard, I'd take them to the woods to shoot birds and rabbits, when we went fishing I'd take them and shoot the crabs, and at the chicken sheds on the local farm I'd shoot mice and rats.

A year ago I got myself a cheap 177 pistol, and for my birthday this year my other half got me a 177 Umarex Trevox.. it's good to pass the time.. I just need to make a few rodent kills with

You got any kills with it yet?

Whoah someone dug this baby up...
I shot competitively in AUS, USA, CH, AT from a teenager for about 25 yrs. Was mainly interested in long range marksman type events. Although I have owned several long and short, my favourite gun was a Sig SSG3000 that I owned while living in Switzerland. That thing suffered years of use and abuse with minimal maintenance and still hit black on command. I also hunted with it on occasion. As others have said there is a strong meditative/mindful element to responsible firearm use. It's a shame there are so many idiots out there who spoil the reputation of the sport for the others

Nice. Even chromed lined barrels tend to warp after extensive use.

What was your best shot? Yards? Using that caliber?

Had quite a few fairly tight black groups of NATO 7,62mm at 500m. 800m was restricted access so I didn't get a lot of practice at that distance. Shot well over 1000 rounds on that baby before I started packing them myself...

I have a friend who has an FFL and deals in high end firearms and military equipment/firearms/tanks and stuff like that….he has an original uzi from the 80’s that was a dealer registered firearm…..the firing rate was pretty impressive for such a compact gun….he has it for sale for like $15k…..comes in a kit with the original suppressor and all that….pretty cool. Where were you in the military?
Sorry pal, I can't share that info. 😏

Yeah I tried to get in the army but wasn’t aloud, before that in the cadets I shot for the county with a match rifle (Lee Enfield modified to 7.62 with iron sights on 1000 yard range) had a few pellet guns too, got a few 177 BB guns at the mo, a glock 22. A Luger, a colt 45, a m4 and a mp5 and also got a 22 long barrel
