not for nothing,but how can ya tell if its a police drone? is it equipped with cherries and blueberries? does it say police dept on it? and even if it did,how can you see it if its about fifty feet in the air! because if i was out doing whatever and see a drone spying on me,your damn right im gunna try and sabotage it some how too!

Unfortunately it is illegal to shoot at any drone even if it is hovering over your own backyard. FAA laws haven't caught up with drone technology and the ability of people to be total pricks. But even if it was legal, it would be pretty dangerous. Most people who shot a handgun or rifle at a drone would miss and that round would land somewhere.
I can blow spitballs HARDER than a Daisy BB gun shoots....and that's a Florida Sheriff. Oh fuck....
