Was it a cop or just a road rager chasing the first car?
I read that on major city roads featuring a divider of two yellow lines between lanes the speed limit in China is.... 70 km/h (!!!). That's insane. That was likely this car.
Usual suspects
That's not terribly unusual in America, either. It just depends on the state and local city laws. 35mph/55kph is more common for most major roads in towns, though.
Ah yes. Over here, Netherlands, it used to be 50 km/h in the built-up area, since some two years they introduced the 30km/h in many streets. The cars crawl, the cyclists overtake them, lol - but never 70
Yeah. That must be nice. I wish we could slow down a bit, but Americans are always in a hurry, and our country is huge. It's 1300km just to cross my state from one side to the other. We tend to drive pretty fast here!
We're a tiny country... but a lot of hurrying going on here too (and speeding).
It is a very beautiful country, though.
