He didn't do anything wrong, they don't even have any proof at all he was speeding. The driver gave the police officer his information and even when the driver had his window open which opening and closing a car window is not a crime the police decided to violently assault him over a simple traffic stop. The cops are going to be in for a rude awakening like the majority of cops are now a days who pull this crap on people and a lot now end up losing their jobs and arrested.
