I don’t know man…. This shit is confusing. If you look on the other side of the concrete dividers, there is a vehicle moving the same direction as the motor cycles.

So what, depending on the time of day, is one side of the dividers flow one direction only, and the other side is split? Like normal operations is 2/2. Rush hour is 1/3 or 3/1 ?
