in more than half the country he can shoot that man dead for that alone, AND the dude recording once he said he would also use violence (once violence is used against you in most states you can be far more liberal with using it against someone else in the "party" that attacked you, even if they themselves dont use violence, but also be warned you cant just shoot them for standing there "MENACINGLY' lol, you can however shoot them just for standing there if its blocking your only means of fleeing BUT again thats only if you can clearly prove that person was helping the person who attacked you.)
personally i would just not shoot the one who didnt attack you until you have to (they draw for something or say something like "im going to my car" agro like) as most juries are made up of cucks who absolutely will convict you of some sort of crime (maybe not murder) unless you have an amazing lawyer.
in fact dont commit anything you think is a major crime without an amazing lawyer, its all that matters in court, how well your paid bullshitter can bullshit the jury.
