I remember that event. The driver of the bigger boat said he was sitting down and that the dash of the boat blocked his view. He admitted he probably should have been standing, but I guess he was 75 years old and tired. Needless to say, the 3 on the fishing boat survived without any significant injuries and the driver of the other boat died before he could be tried and convicted for his felonies. Didnt stop the fisherman from suing the estate for 300K.
