I used to work the door at the rippers in Ontario, Canada and the number one rule was to never engage anyone physically. So I did one night and threw the dude down a flight of stairs. I was immediately fired and had to serve a month in prison. I was also superficially stabbed in the process. Why the fuck even have staff if they can't do what that guy did?

Well it's a retarded law then especially if it's like here & you can't necessarily even hire cops to do work as bouncers when they're not on shift because that's considered moonlighting on their part.
There's not too many security companies that can afford the liability for their employees either.
