Oh I aint pissed brother and I agree there are some shitty cops out there. There has just been a narrative pushed, in the states anyways, that encourage people to fear and hate ALL cops. Some cops are cunts, but the vast majority are pretty chill as long as you act right. I have seen some do some pretty shitty things and good things.
Looks like one of those guys on the road waved or something when the traffic was clear and the other cop blasted him
